Plans change - we get it. We try to be as flexible as possible. Book early and cancel free up to 72 hours before your hire starts. Here’s exactly how it works.
To cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible:
Your cancellation is confirmed when you receive a written acknowledgement from us. The time of your cancellation request is the time we receive it in writing - not the time of any phone call or verbal conversation.
Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days back to the original payment method. Card processing times vary by bank.
Security deposit holds are always fully released on cancellation, regardless of notice period. The hold is cancelled as soon as we process your refund.
Damage waiver fees (where purchased) are non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of the hire start. They are fully refundable for cancellations made 24+ hours before.

In the very unlikely event that Wild Menorca needs to cancel your booking (due to equipment unavailability, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control), you will receive a full refund of everything paid - regardless of notice period.
We will contact you as soon as possible if this situation arises and offer to reschedule for an alternative date if you prefer.
Menorca enjoys excellent weather for the majority of the summer season. However, we do not offer automatic refunds for poor weather, as conditions change quickly and are often localised.
If genuinely severe weather (tramuntana winds above force 6) makes safe use of your equipment impossible for your entire hire period, please contact us - we will always try to find a fair solution, including rescheduling to another day.
