References to ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Wild Menorca’ in these Terms refer to Laguna Beach Enterprises S.L. trading as Wild Menorca.
By completing a booking with Wild Menorca - whether online via our Booqable booking system, by WhatsApp, or by any other means - you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wild Menorca in relation to your hire. No verbal representations or prior communications form part of this agreement unless confirmed in writing.
Wild Menorca offers the following hire products:
All prices are inclusive of Spanish IVA (VAT) at the applicable rate. Prices are quoted in Euros. Wild Menorca reserves the right to update pricing; the price confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your hire.
Bookings are made via our online booking system at bookings.wildmenorca.com, or directly by WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from Wild Menorca.
Full payment is taken at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure booking platform. Wild Menorca does not store card details.
A security deposit hold is placed on your card at the time of booking:

The deposit hold is released within 3 - 5 business days of the equipment being returned in satisfactory condition. The hold becomes a charge in the event of damage, loss or late return (see Section 7).
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before your hire start time to ensure your equipment is prepared and ready. We will always make every effort to accommodate shorter lead times - please contact us by WhatsApp to check availability.
During peak season (July - August) we recommend booking 3 - 5 days in advance to guarantee your preferred product and size.
Bookings are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that your booked equipment is unavailable, Wild Menorca will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Wild Menorca offers four ways to collect your equipment:
All equipment must be returned to our Sant Lluís base unless alternative arrangements have been confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Our base address is: Avinguda Circunvalació 13, 07710 Sant Lluís, Menorca.
Returns should be made by the end of your hire period as stated in your booking confirmation. Equipment left at a villa or alternative location without prior written agreement will be treated as a late return (see Section 7.3).
You are responsible for ensuring all items included in your hire kit are returned. A checklist is included with each kit.
An optional damage waiver is available at checkout:
The damage waiver does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage, or damage caused by use contrary to our guidelines (including use in surf or in conditions beyond the equipment’s rated capability).
If no damage waiver is purchased, you are liable for the full replacement cost of any damaged or lost items. All equipment is inspected before dispatch and any pre-existing damage is noted. You will be asked to confirm the condition of the equipment at collection.
Wild Menorca will charge the replacement cost against your security deposit; if the cost exceeds the deposit, you will be invoiced for the balance.
Equipment returned after the agreed end date and time will be charged at the standard daily hire rate for each additional day, or part thereof, until the equipment is returned.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email to hello@wildmenorca.com or by WhatsApp. Refunds are processed within 5 - 10 business days to the original payment method.
Bookings cancelled by Wild Menorca due to equipment unavailability are entitled to a full refund regardless of notice period.
Laguna Beach Enterprises S.L. trading as Wild Menorca takes reasonable steps to ensure all equipment is in good working condition before hire. However, Wild Menorca cannot be held liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits the liability of Laguna Beach Enterprises S.L. for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Wild Menorca operates on Menorca, a UNESCO-designated Biosphere Reserve. We are committed to operating sustainably:
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands. The registered entity is Laguna Beach Enterprises S.L., registered in Spain.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Wild Menorca reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply. The current version is always available at wildmenorca.com.
